Ana María González-Forero has spent decades working with vulnerable communities in Colombia. From participatory policy design, to land titling litigation for indigenous communities, and activism against human exploitation, Ana Maria has always been committed to advancing the struggle against poverty and injustice. In 2007 she co-founded Fundación por la Educación Multidimensional (FEM), a platform for defending ethnic rights in Colombia. She currently works as an International Cooperation Officer in the Mayor’s Office of Cartagena, Colombia.
