Priscillia Kounkou Hoveyda is a Congolese-Iranian-French human rights jurist, a writer, documentary filmmaker, and the founder of the Collective for Black Iranians—a creative and critically conscious initiative proposing an Iranian culture that stands fully at its Black and African intersections. She holds dual international law and business degrees from Sorbonne Law, ESSEC Business School and NYU Law. She is based in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
